Independent work and yet always a contact person at hand with whom you can approach the topics and evaluate them regularly. Due to the diversity of the topics, the proximity to the departments, colleagues and guests, you get to know many aspects and see how we deal with them at mk hotels. During your time with us, you will certainly also implement and support topics in the hotels at various locations. So pack your bags! Interested? Then we look forward to getting to know you!
We have many ideas - many more - but often there is not enough time in day-to-day business to accompany the individual projects. Would you like to help us to become even better? The trainee program is intended for a period of 18 months. You start with an introductory phase of around two to four weeks in which you actively work in the individual departments of our main building, the Schlossparkhotel Mariakirchen. You then switch to the back office, report directly to the management and immerse yourself in the first project.
