Frequently Asked Questions

If you feel unwell…
and need a doctor or items from a pharmacy, please approach the reception. After 10 pm, you can call for help on the phone number on the contact page or by ringing the bell at the entrance.

Your baby needs a bed…
we are happy to provide one, if available.

Soft and cuddly…
with our bathrobes and slippers, which we happily provide on demand.

You wish to pay…
apart from cash and debit cards, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Checking in at last…
your room will generally be available on 2 pm on your day of arrival. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, you can enter earlier, of course. Otherwise we would gladly look after your luggage so you can spend the time exploring.

Time to say goodbye…
is on your day of departure on 11 am. If you need your room longer than that, please approach our reception early on. We will then see if this is possible and if any costs arise.

At your service around the clock…

is our reception. Should you require our help outside of reception times, ring the bell at the entrance or call us with the phone number on our contact page.

Let´s end fax machines…

if you still have need for one, please contact the reception. Incoming faxes are forwarded to you.

Photocopying and scanning…

can be done at the reception.

Hunger in the morning...
can be appeased at our rich buffet. It is served during the week from 6:30 am until 10 am and at the weekend and on bank holiday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Blimey! Forgot…
an oral hygiene set, shaving set, cosmetics set, sewing set, adapter plug, charger or a shoe polishing sponge - all items can be obtained from our reception.

You´d like to praise us…
then we would invite you to do so publicly – via online portals or our reception. We also appreciate honest and constructive critique, since this helps us to improve our range of services and their quality.

If you require assistance with your luggage…
we will gladly take care of it. Just say the word. On your day of departure, you can also leave your luggage with us and pick it up later.

Fresh laundry…
with respect of mother nature, we change our bed linens twice a week. On demand, we will of course elevate this frequency. If you wish to receive other towels, please leave them on the bathroom floor.

www…
All rooms and public areas have free WiFi. Just connect and sign in. If you have any problems connecting, the Lindner Group IT department will gladly assist you. Alternatively, we offer rental tablet computers. The printer is also at your aval for a fee.

Sound sleep…
comes with good bedding. If you need an extra pillow (80x80 cm or 60x80 cm), a neck pillow or an extra blanket, we´d be happy to bring you either. We keep this variety of pillows to enhance your sleeping comfort.

Rest is important…
which is why we ask for silent behaviour after 10 pm. Mind that we are at your service 24/7. Public areas are covered by CCTV.

The high art of sewing…

can be done be yourself with one of our sewing sets. We can also take care of smaller sewing projects for you.

Arrive quickly…
thanks to the central location of our hotels and proximity to public transport. Our reception can tell you more about the smartest way to get from one place to the other.

Where to leave your car…
our parking lots offer space for your car. Depending on the hotel, there might be a charge. Please approach the reception for detailed information.

Smoking harms your purse…
because our hotels are all non-smoking areas. Please refrain from smoking in our rooms and public areas. If you fail to comply, a fee of € 50.00 will be charged for the special cleaning that is necessary as a consequence.

Stay dry…
with our umbrellas. You can lend them at our reception or the snack vending machine. Now the city is yours to explore, even in the rain!

Freshly laundered, ironed or dry-cleaned…
will be your clothes within 24 hours if you wish. Please contact the reception for this service.

Shiny…
We will gladly clean your shoes at a charge of € 3.00. Please submit your shoes during reception times, use our shoe shining machine or ask for a shoe shine kit.

When hunger strikes unexpectedly…
our Maxibars provide cold beverages, snacks and much more, During reception times, our team will be happy to serve you.

SKY – more than television…
our rooms offer Sky premium television with 5 channels.

A taxi, shuttle or limousine service…
will be called for you to be there at the desired time.

Call me maybe…
If your room does not feature a telephone, you will receive a portable one at the reception.

Early to rise…
Your TV has an integrated waking system. Please direct your questions to the reception.

News and stories…
a variety of current newspapers and magazines are available at the breakfast buffet and the public areas.

Open sesame…
Your keycard not only opens your room, but also the hotel entrance during the evening and night hours.

Play safe...
The hotel safe is located at the reception.

Have a seat...
We will gladly bring a bathroom stool to your room if you wish.

Explore the city...
on a rental bike, which you can obtain for € 8.00 per day from us, if available.

No crinkles...

An ironing station can be brought to your room. For a fee, we alternatively iron your clothes for you within an hour.
